(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #09-26-OPE)
This policy directive has been revised in several ways. Among other changes, it introduces the new features for NCA SNAP applications submitted electronically via ACCESS NYC, including automatic application registration in the Welfare Management System (WMS) and screening for expedited SNAP benefit processing.
