The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Utility Liaisons and all staff in the Job Centers that a new process has been developed by Management Information Systems (MIS) to send single issue payments for utility arrears to Con Edison via an electronic funds transfer (EFT). This policy bulletin is informational for all others.
