This policy bulletin has been revised to inform authorized staff that SOLQ inquiries currently restricted to the program areas of Cash Assistance (CA), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Medical Assistance (MA) can now also be used for Safety Net, the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Emergency Assistance for Adults (EAA) and Emergency Assistance for Families (EAF).
