(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #07-98-OPE)
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non Cash Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Center staff that the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) (W- 901C) form has been re-designated as BRC-901C and has been revised and that the Food Stamp Telephone Recertification (BRC- 901D) brochure has been revised and renamed the SNAP Telephone Recertification brochure. Additionally, this policy is to advise staff that the Food Stamp Telephone Recertification brochure (W-901D) is now obsolete.
