The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Income Guidelines (W-138Q) form has been revised to reflect the renaming of the Melrose SNAP Center (S40) to the Hunts Point SNAP Center and to reflect its relocation to 845 Barretto Street, Bronx, NY 10474, effective October 14, 2014.
