The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center staff that several employment and child care forms are obsolete. The PB announces that several forms are obselete because the Office of Child Care has moved to the Administration for Children's Services (ACS), and that some forms are being made obsolete because theyare no longer used and no replacement form was issued or needed, and some forms are obelete because they are now electronic only.
