The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Non Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Center staff of the changes in the New York State Nutrition Improvement Project (NYSNIP) standardized benefit levels due to the annual changes in the cost of the Thrifty Food Plan (TFP). The changes in the benefit levels are effective October 1, 2014.
