(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #13-81-OPE)
The purpose of this Policy Bulletin is to inform Job Center staff that the Mail-in Recertification/Eligibility Questionnaire (M-327h) form has been revised to:
- Add language to the Authorization to Repay Cash Assistance Benefits from Retroactive SSI section on page three (3) of the M-327h. The new language mirrors changes made to the State Mail-In Recertification/Eligibility Questionnaire (LDSS-4887) in 2012; and
- Update the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) resource limit for households without an aged/disabled individual from $2,000 to $2,250.
