The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that the Documentation Receipt form (EXP-76R) meets Local Law 73 requirements and will now be available in the seven mandated languages: English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Haitian-Creole, Korean, and Russian. The form has been revised to include the "LLF" designation and is now available on the FIAweb in English and Spanish. All other languages will be posted to the FIAweb as the translations are received.
