Makes several changes and informs Job Center staff that families applying for Family Assistance (FA), Safety Net Non-Cash Assistance Federally Participating (SNFP) or Safety Net Non-Cash Assistance Federally Non-Participating (SNNC) without Front End Detection System (FEDS) codes will not be referred to the Bureau of Eligibility Verification (BEV) for an interview.
