The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that the Agency has accepted a waiver of the Able-Bodied Adult Without Dependents (ABAWD) work requirements. The waiver is effective May 6, 2014.
