The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all staff that PB# 12-66-ELI Non-Citizens Who Entered The U.S. or Had Their Status Changed Via Sponsorship and form FIA-1068 (E) Notice to Individuals Who Entered The United States Or Had Their Status Changed Via Sponsorship are now obsolete because they are no longer in effect.
