The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that the federal Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC) program which provided unemployment benefits to individuals who already collected all regular State unemployment insurance benefits (UIB) for which they were eligible, expired on January 1, 2014.
