(This Policy Directive replaces PD #12-25-ELI)
This policy directive is being revised to inform staff of the following:
- Fedcap is now the vendor that will provide services under the Wellness, Comprehensive Assessment, Rehabilitation and Employment (WeCARE) program for the Brooklyn and Queens regions (Region two).
- Attachment A has been updated to include new Action Codes used by WeCARE vendors.
- Attachment C has been updated to include new WeCARE Outreach/Infraction codes.
