(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #13-24-OPE)
This policy directive has been revised to correct the statement that all Aid To Continue (ATC) benefits must be recouped if the Agency is upheld in a Fair Hearing decision because if the agency action was to impose a sanction, ATC benefits would not be subject to recoupment.
