(This Policy Directive replaces PO #11-31-ELI)
This policy directive has been revised to inform Job Center and Non CA SNAP staff of the following:
- A referral to the Administration for Children Services (ACS) must be made for any non-pregnant and/or non-parenting minor 16-17 years of age who applies for CA as a head of household and indicates that he/she does not reside with a parent, legal guardian, adult relative, or in an adult supervised situation.
- Attachment A which has the ACS contact information, strictly for referral of the population mentioned above, is included in this procedure.
