(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #10-20-OPE)
This policy directive has been revised to:
- change Food Stamps to SNAP benefits throughout;
- update the Replacement of Stolen SNAP Benefits Liaison List (Attachment A); and
- inform staff that the Request for Replacement of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Benefits Stolen from the EBT System (W-130B) and the Action Taken on Your Request for Replacement of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Benefits Stolen from the EBT System (W-130G) have been revised.
