The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and Non- Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) staff that a new form, “Fair Hearing Resolution Statement“ (FIA-1106), has been created.
This form was created for the Fair Hearing Tracking Monitoring and Review Unit for its exclusive use to inform participants of actions taken on Fair Hearing Aid to Continue requests.
