The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that the portion of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), that raised SNAP benefits effective April 1, 2009 will end on October 31, 2013.
