(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #13-12-ELI and Obsoletes CD #13-17 and PB #06-106-OPE)
This policy directive has been revised to inform staff at the Job Centers that:
- they will no longer process approvals for CILOCA.
- effective September 1, 2013 all approvals for Child Care in Lieu of Cash Assistance (CILOCA) cases will be centralized and overseen by the FIA Child Care Review Team (CCRT).
- the CCRT will be responsible for reviewing the eligibility for CILOCA of those individuals who are predetermined to be eligible for CILOCA by the Job Center.
- the Centers' CILOCA Liaisons will be responsible for forwarding CILOCA case information to the CCRT and of all communication between the Centers' staff and the CCRT.
