The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff of the new Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - Front End Review (SNAP-FER) process and to provide information regarding SNAP-FER referrals and recommendations.
