(This Policy Bulletin replaces PB #13-07-OPE)
This policy bulletin is being revised to:
- Notify staff of the revisions to the Home Visit Needed (HVN)/Homebound (HB) Status Liaison Checklist of Documents for CAS Review form (FIA-1028L). The word "Required" was removed from the title. A note was added to the first bullet. Under the Medical documentation bullet, some information was removed from the first bullet and added as a third bullet.
