- Updated instructions regarding the Emergency Assistance to Needy Families (EAF) Agreement to Repay Excess Shelter Arrears (W-147KK) and Emergency Safety Net Assistance (ESNA) Shelter Arrears Repayment Agreement (W-147H) forms and other forms.
