The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Income Guidelines form (W-138Q) and the Non Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Centers and Associated Medicaid Offices form (M-42u) have been revised to reflect the temporary relocation of the Coney Island SNAP Center 22 to 10 Bouck Court, Brooklyn, NY 11224.
Changes were also made to several forms.
