This policy bulletin has been revised to:
Remind staff that noncitizens who are denied Cash Assistance (CA) because of their alien status are entitled to a Medicaid Separate Determination (MSD);
Amend the criteria for ¡§U¡¨ eligibility; and
Inform staff of changes made to the PRUCOL Eligibility Desk Aid (W-205JJ).
