(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #05-19-OPE) Revises several BEV codes. Most notable in the instructions is that a worker CAN override a BEV recommendation to Close or Deny a case. The worker has to enter an explanation, but it CAN be done. (see p. 4, last para.)
