This policy bulletin is being revised to provide instructions for reevaluating participants who respond to their eligibility call-in appointments after initially infracting with the Wellness, Comprehensive Assessment, Rehabilitation and Employment (WeCARE) program and subsequently requesting a Fair Hearing.
