The instructions in this policy directive are for Job Center and Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff and are informational for all other staff.
On July 30, 2012, the Agency issued Human Resources Administration (HRA) Executive Order No. E-731 Reasonable Accommodation/ Modification Policy which outlines the guidelines for complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Each program area within HRA is required to develop procedures to implement this Executive Order that are appropriate to the particular program area.
