The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center staff that the DFHA Fair Hearing Evidence Packet Desk Aid (W-206C) has been re-named, updated with the latest Agency logo and current terminology, as well as revised to include form replacements and changes in required documents and program names. Various sections of the form have also been reformatted and reorganized. This policy bulletin serves as information for all other staff.
