The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and Non Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Center staff as well as Out Stationed Worker staff that on January 1, 2013, HRA will begin implementing a new Back to Work program known as B2W. This new Back to Work program will replace the existing one.
