The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non- Public Assistance (NPA) Food Stamp (FS) Office staff that the “Become a U.S. Citizen” flyer (W-700W) is now obsolete. The Citizenship NYC program ended in 2003. The W-700W is no longer required in the public assistance and Food Stamp application/ recertification kits.
