This policy bulletin is being revised to add the Script for Photo ID (Attachment A) that must be read to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) applicants to inform them of the benefits of having a Common Benefit Identification Card (CBIC) that contains a photograph and signature.
