The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff that the New York State Legislature and the Office of Governor have changed the name of the Food Stamp Program to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) effective August 29, 2012.
