The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and Non-Public Assistance (NPA) Food Stamp (FS) Office staff of the recent changes to the Call-In Letter for an Able-Bodied Adult Without Dependents (W-138E). The second bullet was changed to read:
"Participate in work activities for at least 80 hours per month," replacing the words "up to" with "at least."
