This policy bulletin is being revised to advise Job Center and Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center Staff that starting on August 6th, all Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island Centers will be able to refer participants to the Centralized CBIC Referral Unit at 109 East 16th Street, New York, NY 10003 while Centers in Brooklyn and Queens will refer participants to the Centralized CBIC Referral Unit located at 45 Hoyt Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
