The instructions and information provided in this policy bulletin are for staff at the Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Change Centers. They are informational for all other staff.
Two new systematic changes in the Paperless Office System (POS) have been developed to improve how interviews are conducted. These changes introduce the automatic assignment of cases for interviews and the integration of a new telephonic system known as the Agile Communication Environment (ACE), which will make telephone calls as well as monitor and track all call activity.
