The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff that the Help Is In Your Neighborhood (FLY-86) flyer has been revised to add additional Community Based Organizations (CBOs) that will be participating in the Recertification Improvement Project (RIP).
