The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) staff of the revisions to the FS Paperless Office System (POS) regarding the FS Application/Recertification Signature Capture windows. These revisions became effective January 3, 2012 and can be found in FS POS Release Notes Version 5.3.1 (Refer to PB #11-116-SYS).
