(This Policy Bulletin Obsoletes PB #11-41-OPE)
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff that the following
forms listed below have been revised to include the required disability
language in the What to Expect at a Fair Hearing section:
“If you have a disability and cannot travel, you may appear
through a representative, either a friend, relative or lawyer. If your
representative is not a lawyer, or an employee of a lawyer, your
representative must bring the hearing officer a written letter,
signed.”
