The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff at the Job
Centers that the following notices have been revised to add the
phrase “willful and without good cause” when referring to a refusal or
failure to comply with a required employment activity:
W-532A Conciliation Notification
W-532B Conciliation Notification for Activity Period Continued
W-532C Conciliation Notification for Activity Period Discontinued
Center Directors must ensure all previous versions of these forms,
including multilingual equivalents, are removed from circulation and
recycled.
