#11-83-OPE: Handling Of Erroneous Recoupment Transfers
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to notify Job Center staff and Fair Hearing and Conference (FH&C) staff that erroneous recoupment transfers must be resolved by transferring the recoupment back to the original case. Recoupments must not be deleted.
