(This Policy Directive replaces PD #11-04-OPE)
This policy directive is being revised to reflect the following change:
• LOSU will now cross-reference the landlord information in the Welfare Management System (WMS) with information from the New York City Department of Buildings and the New York City Department of Finance instead of using the First American Real Estate Solutions (FARE) database to verify the landlord/agent's ownership status, name and address.
