This PD includes several WMS code changes and additions. Highlights include : 1) New Codes for Issuance of one-time HSP Payments. The PB notes that "If an HSP case is inappropriately sanctioned due to an agency error or a sanction is overturned as a result of a fair hearing decision, any skipped assistance must be restored. A recoupable HSP rent supplement must be issued to cover the period of missed assistance." To identify these single-issue HSP rent payments, two new special grant codes were created: * A8 * Supplement HSP Rent (Recoupable) and * A9 * Supplement HSP Rent (Non-Recoupable). The PB also includes a new lowlight * a new PA closing code M40 for "Intentionally Providing Incorrect Information."
