The instructions in this policy bulletin are for the Special Project Job Center (SPC) staff and Office of Central Processing (OCP) staff. They are informational for all other staff.
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff that the Housing Stability Plus (HSP) Program which provided a rental supplement to certain households seeking permanent housing or family reunification will be terminated effective April 30, 2011.
