The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all staff that effective at the close of business on March 14, 2011, the Department of Homeless Services stopped authorizing new Advantage lease signings for families and individuals currently in shelter. HRA's Office of Domestic Violence and Emergency Intervention Services also stopped authorizing new Advantage leases at the close of business on March 14, 2011.
