(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #09-03-EMP)
This policy directive is being revised to:
• inform staff that TALX/The Work Number Service has implemented a new login process.
• update Attachment A to show the new login method for TALX/The Work Number Service users.
• add information regarding the new login method to The Work Number Contact Information Form (W-500PP).
• include Paperless Office System (POS) implications relating to no match found results from a TALX inquiry.
