The purpose of this Policy Bulletin is to inform all staff at Job Centers, the Homeless Diversion Unit (HDU), and the Rental Assistance Unit (RAU) the following:
• POS allows the creation of an RAU packet as a single document in the HRA OneViewer.
• forms required for the RAU packet have been revised.
