This policy bulletin is being revised to inform Job Center staff that the last paragraph in the Notice of Intent to Transfer Recoupment and Reduce Cash Assistance form (M-328aa) has been deleted. That paragraph read "If your current household needs (pre-added, rent and miscellaneous allowance, if any) and the number of recoupments remain the same, recoupment will last for approximately ______issues."
