The purpose of this policy bulletin is to introduce the newly developed Temporary Housing Budget Worksheet (W-648M) to Job Center Staff. This policy bulletin is informational to all other staff. Form W-648M is to be used to manually calculate the Cash Assistance (CA) budgets of applicants/participants residing in temporary housing/shelters (non-congregate care facilities) identified by shelter types 06, 13, 14, 30, 33, 34, or 35.
