The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Food Stamp (FS) Center staff that a new flyer, titled Help Is In Your Neighborhood (FLY-86), has been created to inform participants residing in certain New York City (NYC) zip codes that they may be able to recertify their Food Stamp case at a Community Based Organization (CBO) in their neighborhood.
It is informational for all other staff. Management Information Systems (MIS) will mail out FLY-86 to participants whose FS cases are active in the following zip codes:

• 10029
• 10458
• 11101
• 11238
